* Sales will be closed when the number of tickets sold for each date and time has reached its limit
Example: If you wish to purchase a web ticket for admission on the 4th, the ticket will go on sale at 10:00 on the 1st.

• Date and time-specific Web tickets can only be purchased online. As a rule, tickets cannot be purchased by phone or e-mail.    
• Once tickets have been purchased, cancellations, date or time changes, refunds, and changes in the number of visitors are not possible. Please be aware of this in advance.
• The resale of tickets for profit is strictly prohibited, and you may not be admitted to the venue using resold tickets. You will not receive monetary compensation in the event that you are denied admission.

Please purchase tickets for your desired entry time. There is no system for changing admission times. You may stay until the museum closes.

*For the time being, the museum will be open from 9:30 a.m. on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays and from 10:00 a.m. on weekdays.

Once tickets have been purchased, cancellations, date or time changes, refunds, and changes in the number of visitors are not possible.
Visitors may re-enter the museum on the same day.
Depending on how crowded the museum is, you may be asked to wait in line when entering or re-entering the museum.

Tickets go on sale at 10:00 a.m. three days prior to the date of your visit. Sales end once the tickets are sold out.

Yes, you may only purchase up to 10 tickets for adults and children combined.

As long as space is available, you may purchase tickets through the website on the day of your visit. Please note that tickets will not be sold at the box office.

No, you do not need a ticket to enter the first floor.
However, please note that you may have to queue for a short period of time depending on the number of visitors. Please be aware of this in advance.

Please enter the museum within one hour of the admission time shown on your ticket. (For example, if your ticket says 10:00-11:00, please enter between 10:00 and 11:00 a.m.)
There is no system for switching spaces, so you are free to remain in the museum until closing time even if you are delayed due to unavoidable circumstances such as heavy traffic.

We do not allow the use of strollers on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the Museum.
Please use the stroller parking area on the 2nd floor and be sure to keep your valuables with you as there are no staff members present in this area.

You may re-enter the Museum on the same day. Please present the web ticket you used to first enter the museum.
Depending on the situation, you may have to wait before re-entering.

Since the email we sent you when you purchased your ticket is automated, it cannot be resent.
If you have not received your confirmation email, please login to the ticket purchase page and check your ticket history.

It is in principle not possible to cancel, refund, reschedule, or change the number of admissions once the ticket purchase has been completed.
However, if you need to cancel your visit due to a national or local state of emergency, please contact us via email.
