Yes, you may only purchase up to 10 tickets for adults and children combined.
As long as space is available, you may purchase tickets through the website on the day of your visit. Please note that tickets will not be sold at the box office.
No, you do not need a ticket to enter the first floor.
However, please note that you may have to queue for a short period of time depending on the number of visitors. Please be aware of this in advance.
Please enter the museum within one hour of the admission time shown on your ticket. (For example, if your ticket says 10:00-11:00, please enter between 10:00 and 11:00 a.m.)
There is no system for switching spaces, so you are free to remain in the museum until closing time even if you are delayed due to unavoidable circumstances such as heavy traffic.
We do not allow the use of strollers on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the Museum.
Please use the stroller parking area on the 2nd floor and be sure to keep your valuables with you as there are no staff members present in this area.
You may re-enter the Museum on the same day. Please present the web ticket you used to first enter the museum.
Depending on the situation, you may have to wait before re-entering.
Since the email we sent you when you purchased your ticket is automated, it cannot be resent.
If you have not received your confirmation email, please login to the ticket purchase page and check your ticket history.
Once you completed the email authentication process upon purchasing your tickets, you will automatically receive a receipt via email.
